Individual (Private) Rider Training

Private one-on-one training tailored to fit your needs.

We offer private training sessions for all levels:

  • Individual Novice Level 1 (INC-1) — for the beginner or licensed rider with low novice skills. This also a perfect class if, for any reason, you did not complete the Basic Rider Course or the H-D Riding Academy New Rider Course. Tuition is $180.
  • Individual Basic Rider Course (IBRC) — for the beginner. This course is virtually identical to the group Basic Rider Course, except that it is for one student and one coach. Tuition is $970.
  • Individual Novice Level 2 (INC-2) — perfect for Basic Course graduates and returning riders ready to advance their skills. Never carried a passenger? We’ll tailor the session to help you build confidence and technique, one step at a time.
  • Individual Intermediate Course  (IIC) — you've ridden at least one to two years and feel comfortable on the open road, but might be a bit anxious taking turns/curves at speed, escaping congestion or slow maneuvers. This is also the perfect course if you are transitioning to a new bike that is significantly different than you're used to. Tuition is $255.
  • Individual Skills Course (Advanced) (ISC) — You may ride 20,000 miles a year and enjoy every moment, but there's something you want to do better. Tuition is $340.
  • On-Road Training Courses (ORT) — You're a bit timid or nervous about taking your newly learned skills on the road.

The curriculum for all individual courses is developed just for you. You will get to work on what you want to work on for the entire session. Individual training is available on weekdays and weekends all year long. We will find a date and time that will fit your schedule.

Prior to the scheduled class you will be interviewed by one of our professional coaches to determine your needs and desires. Novice classes may be conducted on one of our smaller training motorcycles (250cc) or on one of our scooters (50cc/150cc). Intermediate classes can be conducted on one of training motorcycles or scooters or on your motorcycle or scooter. Advanced classes can be conducted on one of our training motorcycles or scooter, one of our Harley-Davidson Police Road Kings or your motorcycle or scooter.
